My interests lie in exploring social themes related to day-to-day living in Appalachia. Creating visual stories based on history and events I've encountered or have experienced. This region is unique, with its friendly people and its oppressive poverty both co-existing. Our environment will dictate how we live, so building these narratives into my work allows me to explore those concepts.
